Nora Neko Drop とは What is Nora Neko Drop?

Nora Neko Drop（野良猫ドロップ）は、当社独自のファイル共有システムです。楽曲データ・音源・楽譜・写真などを、セキュリティを守りつつお取引先の皆さまに不要なお手数をおかけせずにお届けするために使用しています。

Nora Neko Drop is our own in-house file sharing system. We use it to deliver music data, audio masters, scores, photos and similar files — securely, and without putting you to any unnecessary trouble.

当サービスでファイルをダウンロードされた場合ダウンロードした日時とメールアドレスが記録されます。

When you download a file through this service, the date and time of the download and your email address are recorded.

ダウンロードの流れ How to download

ダウンロードは2通のメールで進みます。1通目で弊社からファイルをお送りしたことをご連絡します。「ダウンロードリンクを取得」を押すと、2通目のメールが送信されます。 2通目で5分間有効のダウンロードのリンクをお送りする仕組みです。少し手間に感じられるかもしれませんが、パスワードを使わずに確実にご本人にダウンロードしていただくための設計です。

The process uses two emails. The first tells you that we have sent you files. When you click “Get download link”, a second email is sent to you, containing a download link that is valid for five minutes. It may feel like an extra step, but it is designed so that the files reach you — and only you — without the need for a password.

  1. 1通目「ファイルを共有しました」が届く You receive “File shared with you”

    共有されたフォルダ数・ファイル数・合計サイズ、担当者からのメモ、そして共有期限が記載されています。

    It shows the number of folders and files, the total size, a note from your contact, and the sharing deadline.

  2. 「ダウンロードリンクを取得」ボタンを押す Click “Get download link”

    押すと、その場でダウンロードが始まるのではなく、あなた宛に2通目のメールが自動送信されます。

    This does not start a download — it triggers a second email to your address.

    このボタンは共有期限内なら何度でも押せます。押すたびに新しいリンクが発行されます。

    You may click it as often as you like until the sharing deadline; each click issues a fresh link.

  3. 2通目「ダウンロードリンクの準備ができました」が届く You receive “Your download link is ready”

    ここに、1回限り・約5分間だけ有効なダウンロードリンクが入っています。

    This contains a download link that is single-use and valid for about five minutes.

  4. 「今すぐダウンロード」からファイルを受け取る Download the files

    ダウンロードが完了すると、そのリンクは自動的に無効になります。回線が安定した環境で、最後まで完了させてください。

    Once the download finishes, the link is disabled automatically. Please use a stable connection and let it complete.

期限が切れても大丈夫です。2通目のリンクが切れた場合は、1通目のメールのボタンをもう一度押すだけで新しいリンクが発行されます（共有期限内に限ります）。

An expired link is not a problem. Just click the button in the first email again to get a new one, any time before the sharing deadline.

期限について Deadlines at a glance

共有期限Sharing deadline 1通目のメールに記載。通常は送信日から約1週間です。この期間内であれば、何度でもダウンロードリンクを取得できます。
Shown in the first email; normally about one week from the send date. You can request a new download link as many times as you need within this period.
ダウンロードリンクの有効時間Download link lifetime 約5分。かつ1回限りで、ダウンロード完了と同時に無効になります。
About five minutes, and single-use — it stops working as soon as the download completes.
未ダウンロードのお知らせReminder 共有期限が近づいてもダウンロードが確認できない場合、リマインドのメールを自動でお送りします。
If we don’t see a completed download as the deadline approaches, the system sends you a reminder.

よくあるご質問 FAQ

Q. ダウンロードリンクの有効期限が切れてしまいました。The download link has expired.

1通目の「ファイルを共有しました」メールにある「ダウンロードリンクを取得」ボタンを、もう一度押してください。新しいリンクが発行されます。Click “Get download link” in the first email again; a new link will be issued.

Q. ボタンを押したのに、2通目のメールが届きません。I clicked the button but the second email never arrived.

まず迷惑メール／プロモーションフォルダをご確認ください。届かない場合は @meow.fish からのメールを受信できるよう設定いただくか、ご担当者までご連絡ください。Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still not there, either allow mail from @meow.fish or contact your usual representative.

Q. 共有期限そのものを過ぎてしまいました。The sharing deadline itself has passed.

お手数ですが、ご担当者に再送をご依頼ください。あらためて共有リンクをお送りします。Please ask your contact to send the files again; we will issue a new share link.

Q. ファイルが大きく、途中で止まってしまいます。The file is large and the download keeps stopping partway.

数十GB規模の共有もあるため、安定した有線回線・十分な空き容量のある環境をおすすめします。中断した場合は、あらためてリンクを取得し直してください。Shares can run to tens of gigabytes. A stable wired connection and enough free disk space are recommended; if it breaks off, simply request a new link.

Q. 受け取ったリンクを社内の別の人に転送してもよいですか？May I forward the link to a colleague?

2通目のダウンロードリンクは1回限りのため、転送には向きません。複数名で受け取られる場合は、ご担当者に宛先の追加をご依頼ください。The download link in the second email is single-use, so it is not suitable for forwarding. If several people need the files, please ask your contact to add them as recipients.

Q. ダウンロードしたことは送信側に伝わりますか？Will you know when I have downloaded?

はい。確実にお届けできたかを確認するため、ダウンロードの日時・ファイル名・受信者アドレスが当社に通知されます。Yes — we receive a notification with the time, file name and recipient address, so that we can confirm delivery.

Q. アカウント登録やソフトのインストールは必要ですか？Do I need an account or any software?

不要です。メールとブラウザだけで完結します。No. Email and a web browser are all you need.

Q. Nora Neko Drop からのメールの特徴は？What does a genuine Nora Neko Drop email look like?

次の特徴があります。心当たりのある案件かどうかとあわせてご確認ください。A genuine message has the following characteristics. Please also check that it relates to a project you are expecting.

  • 差出人 / From：office@meow.fish（必ず @meow.fish のアドレスです）Always a @meow.fish address.
  • 件名 / Subject：【Meow】ファイルを共有しました / File shared with you、または ダウンロードリンクの準備ができました / Your download link is ready
  • 差出元 / Sender name：本文に「Meow on the Bridge から共有されました」と明記され、フッターに Meow のロゴが入ります。The body states that the files were shared by Meow on the Bridge, and the footer carries our logo.
  • 担当者 / Your contact：通常、担当者から別途ご連絡を差し上げているタイミングで届きます。It normally arrives at a time when your usual contact has separately been in touch with you.
